| - Pretty terrible service all around here. Arrived late at night just because of a very early flight the next morning, and it took 30 minutes to even check in, due to the extremely rude older woman at the front desk clearly just not giving a crap about people's schedules. We were told the shuttles returning from the airport run every 30 minutes (although no one told us when or where to go so we had to call 2 separate times and speak to a person we couldn't even understand). The first Sleep Inn van drove right by us on the correct curb spot, so we called again, and were told something like, "it's gonna be a while." So we waited again, figuring it can't be more than another half hour (it is 117 degrees outside today by the way), but waited and waited for another 50 minutes at least. Finally figured enough was enough, and called an Uber. Made it back to the hotel to find the shuttle just sitting there out front, no driver in sight, and this was over an hour. Was going to try to ask the front desk, but surprise surprise, the same slow rude woman at the desk was spending 20 minutes checking one guest in, taking her sweet time. So we left, but feeling unsatisfied because I was really looking forward to hearing what made-up excuses she was going to slowly and rudely throw at us.
