  • I'm usually very happy with everything and everyone at Sunshine Valley Pediatrics. Dr. Teresa and Dr. Yang are really great- they take their time with my son and answer all of my questions thoroughly. The front desk staff, on the other hand, leaves quite a bit to be desired. My son's appointment was misscheduled (I understand that mistakes happen!) but when I spoke with Celeste to reschedule, she was extremely rude. In fact, when I asked that someone call me to confirm the rescheduled appointment, I was SHOCKED when she told me, "No, I'm speaking with you right now and this will just be your confirmation." Since the previous appointment was misscheduled, I don't think it's out of line to ask for a confirmation for the next appointment. Again, I really do love Dr. Teresa and Dr. Yang, but the front office staff really disappointed me today! :(
