| - hi, Katia K. - It was well above freezing the day that we came to try to get a car wash for our $30k-cash-purchased vehicle. Pat O'Brien's staff turned us away -- after waiting in line patiently behind many other cars being washed, they refused to wash only our car, telling us that "we are only washing our service vehicles, today." It was the second time we tried to get the "free car wash, anytime" that was promised us when we bought the vehicle. Forgive me, but why would we go all the way out of our way to go there a 3rd time without reassurance that this would not happen again? We wrote to the BBB to issue a complaint, and we simply asked if Pat O'Brien would issue us a piece of paper that tells the car wash attendant at his dealership that we are OK'd to have our car washed any day we choose, from now on, which is what the salesman promised us when we paid $30,000 cash for our Chevy Equinox. After wasting 2 trips, this is what we need to know that Pat O'Brien will stand behind the promise made by his salesman on behalf of the dealership to close the sale. Your representative for Pat O'Brien Chevrolet responding to the BBB complaint ignored this simple request for a note to ensure that we won't have any trouble getting our new car washed as promised. If you can help with that simple request, then it would be very much appreciated.
