  • I had noticed a small puddle of water in my front yard one morning and was a bit concerned as it did not go away by the afternoon. I took it upon myself to dig in the area and found a cracked pipe. I called 5 different plumbing services for estimates and chose Code Red for their prompt responses, professionalism, courtesy, fairness in price and just overall good feeling I got whenever I spoke to any member of their team. Vegas is a tough town when it comes to anything and I felt as though where other plumbers showed up to take advantage of the situation and make a quick buck at my expense the awesome people at Code Red genuinely cared and wanted to do the job right. The owner and his mom came to my house personally to provide the quote, they are so sweet and great people. The day of the job Brad and his crew arrived promptly as scheduled and the whole process of replacing my main water line only took a day and we had water in time for dinner! Any concerns or questions I had were always addressed promptly and with courtesy, even after the job was done and I had already paid which is really saying something about the level of customer care and service. I will never call another plumbing company again as Code Red is just flat out the best in the valley and my family are customers for life! Don't settle for overpriced YES men, "PURE-ists" or cut rate fly by night companies offering too good to be true deals. Call Code Red first and the get the best in the west!
