  • I had a pretty bad experience here, both in-person and virtually. I emailed them to find out some information about a car, and the salesman pursued me rather relentlessly. After I purchased another car somewhere else, he rudely hung up on me. At the store itself, the salesman I met with was unprofessional and rude. He called me "babydoll," made fun of the amount of money I had to offer as a monthly payment, and then badgered me when I tried to leave. It's a huge store with a lot of selection, but I won't be back there again.
