| - I would be very, very careful working with ski pro, particularly if you're speaking with Susan, on expensive swim tech suits. We bought one for my daughter, but they completely mis-sized her. Her suit was way too small. I recommend you measure twice, purchase once. We spoke with Susan several times and she said she would put aside the correct size and exchange the suit... Yay! Unfortunately, after driving 45 minutes to ski pro, she couldn't find the suit and was very matter-of-fact about it. No apology, no empathy for all the time wasted and just very poor customer service. So disappointing. However, to their credit, they did give me a refund without a problem, but it could've been handled so, so much better.
