  • INCREDIBLY disappointed in what Dolce has become. I have been going there for years and have been loyal to the people I've seen in the past until everyone started to drop like flies. Its been a while since I've been in for a service so I thought Id give them another try and book their spacation package. When I went in for my first service, a massage, I was immediately told that we were running 10 minutes behind and she wouldn't have time for a full body and that I should pick an area of concern. I wasn't even late so why were we 10 minutes behind? Either way I hold her my shoulders were very tense. Instead of working in that area, all I received was an elbow in my back and pressure being applied in one spot only. I was in so much pain but assumed it was because of the knots in my back and she was working them out. Long story short I left with physical bruising and 1 week later, I still have it. Moving on to my second service, the facial. The facial wasnt too bad but again very rushed. I mentioned I had congestion issues that I normally never had and needed that area to be corrected. She barely focused on my concerns and just rushed through the facial and recommended that I come in for many more to fix the problem. The last service I received was my pedicure. This was just as upsetting as the massage. To sum it up quickly the nail tech didn't even trim the nails. They were different shapes, no cuticles pushed back or cut (now I have an ingrown nail from it) and the polish was all smudged and she didnt even offer to fix it after I pointed it out. I decided to end my spacation and just go up to pay. They were having a bogo on products so I decided to grab two cleansers that the lady recommended for my face. Once I went up to pay she advised me they were sold out of everything offered during my services and I was SOL basically. Its a shame because I really loved this place, but I feel like once the other locations started to close you could really tell the level of quality changed in their hiring staff and services. I will say that Sarah emailed me today apologizing for the bad massage and offered another on the house. I politely declined because I'm still in pain from the bruising on my back and really....why in the world would I ever want another massage from them after the damage I received from the first. NO THANKS.
