  • My boyfriend and I go to The Grill most Saturday mornings. The breakfast is amazing and down the street from our house. We decided to go to The Grill for dinner the other evening for a change. I ordered a Greek salad and I found not one but four small pieces of hair in my salad. I immediately lost my appetite. At first I did not want to complain but my boyfriend stood up for me and informed them that we will be leaving. The manager apologized but had no service recovery skills. We left disappointed and I must say I wish she would have tried harder to keep us as customers. We will never go there again.
