rev:text	The grout all through my house was starting to look really bad, so we hired someone (else) to come and clean the floors. They came and "cleaned" the grout. The next day the grout still looked terrible, so we called and they came back and did the floors again. We saw a small change, but the grout was still dirty. I decided enough was enough and started looking for another company to actually clean the grout. I contacted Ben at Benocular Floors for a quote, and he got right back to me with a reasonable price. When he came to the house to do the job, we discussed the fact that we had tried to have the grout cleaned, and he could see the poor results. We discussed a few reasons as to why it hadn't come clean, and then he cleaned a test patch. We could see right away the difference! So he proceeded to clean the entire floor, which turned out pretty good. They still aren't perfect, but he told us the reason for that was more than likely due to some work that had been done to the grout before. Every thing he told us made sense, and we can't fault his work for the grout not being pristine. We were very pleased with the knowledge that Ben had, and the time he spent evaluating our particular situation. He moved all the furniture and placed it back where it belonged after the work was done. Both Ben and his brother were easy to have in our house. I don't know which one it was, but we could hear one of them whistling while they worked! We highly recommend Ben at Benocular Floors, especially if you support small business and like the personal touch.
