  • Making cheesecakes runs in my family. I've had tonnes of different kinds and everyone of my family members has their own unique recipe. So let me tell you I know cheesecake. Uncle Tetsu's is ok. Not creamy enough and pretty spongy. It's actually better cold too so the 45 minute wait for a "fresh cheesecake" is moot when I go home and cool it. They don't respect their customers time.
