  • A recent Yelp Pittsburgh Talk thread got me thinking about libraries and how often I frequent them. A recent move also left me without the internet last week, so en route to work Friday morning, I swung by to get online briefly. That is until I realized that my library card had expired. Shame, shame. Despite that, the bookish young lady (aren't all librarians bookish?), got me set up fast with little inconvenience. You should know by now where my first login was. P.S. The volume of people in this spiffy, modern branch at the time of my visit was encouraging, and most of them were checking out books, which is something I need to do much more often. Support your libraries, Pittsburgh.
