  • This is usually my boyfriend's go-to for gifts for me but our latest experience has just completely ruined that. We came into this location to browse around so I could give him little hints as to what I liked (like every girl who window shops with their boyfriend does). Keep in mind, I have worked in retail for YEARS. We were just walking around and talking and the Russian elderly lady named Anka/Onka working kept a pretty close distance and was talking amongst her coworkers, pointing fingers and whispering. They completely profiled us as if we were going to grab something and run. I was literally wearing a $350 watch, $200 purse and $100 wallet FROM MICHAEL KORS. If I could give this place 0 stars, I wouldn't even hesitate. This location needs to teach its staff to not PROFILE their customers. It was completely disheartening and rude, especially with how much money we have put into their products.
