  • They got rid of the box office and replaced it with machines (obvi) and a hidden 'counter assistant' manning the 3rd party popcorn that's being sold in the theatres. Firstly - attitude. Garbage. Secondly - no compende of basic requests. Like WTF. Thirdly - worst customer experience ever. Fire the organizers and staff if you haven't already done so.
