I've been going to this studio 3 - 4 times per week for 3 months and absolutely love it. Since I started I've lost 15 pounds, greatly improved my flexibility and muscle tone, started sleeping better, and am much more relaxed in general. The instructors are awesome - very friendly and encouraging to people of all ages, shapes, sizes and ability levels. No matter what your condition when you start coming to this studio, you will feel welcomed and supported. The space itself is clean and inviting, with separate male/female locker rooms and showers. If you've never practiced Bikram Yoga before, be advised: it's HOT! That was probably the hardest thing to get used to in the beginning, and is now something I really look forward to and enjoy. Take it easy in the beginning and keep coming back, and before you know it you will be addicted!
