| - My interaction with Bell Limousine started off really well - I received a quote for transportation for our wedding guests (who had also flown in from various places) for our small wedding at Bonnie Springs Ranch (30 min away). We agreed to the original quote and did a credit card authorization as well - I also confirmed the price, location, services, etc multiple times.
Then, less than 24 hours before our ceremony, I received a call (while I was getting a manicure) - I checked my phone because Bell Limo left a voicemail. Adrienne from Bell Limo was calling to tell me that the price I'd originally been quoted for was incorrect. I called back and was told Adrienne was not at work today (suspicious) - I'm also told that the price I was quoted for should be about 2-3 times more for the services I requested. By this point, I'm stressed and annoyed because this situation is highly inconsiderate and the company is at fault. Don't quote me a price that is not correct and then try to get more money out of me less than 24 hours before your services are needed. If I had been notified of the issue/oversight on their end earlier in the booking process then it wouldn't have been as big of an issue. But no, instead I'm asked to pay more (on the day before my wedding) when it's the mistake of your company - and that's unacceptable. After listening to my options and speaking to multiple people, I tell them to cancel our service and take the hold off of my account immediately.
My fiancé goes to our hotel concierge and asks for last minute options - fortunately, they're able to book a deal with Bell Limo since they have a partnership with The Westin. Awesome, right?! Not quite. We paid and they were supposed to arrive at the hotel to pick up our 40 guests at 1:00 PM - they never showed. And made us all LATE to our wedding. The concierge desk called the company multiple times and never got an answer. I'm just grateful we were able to get our money back later on in the week.
So grateful for our amazing guests, family, and The Westin's concierge desk for being so flexible because this company caused a lot of stress and anxiety for me and my husband. Bell Limousine may be well-known, but they were very unprofessional and I would never recommend their services to anyone - I truly wish zero stars was an option.
