  • I checked this place out because it had a convenient loc/hours. When i went to pick up my dog, the receptionist asked me what her number was. She seemed irritated that I didn't know and then told me my dog was Bailey #10 and that I should refer to her as such the next time I picked her up. I asked if I could see what Bailey did during the day but was told that tours were after 7 pm or on weekends. (I had actually called on the prior weekend but nobody picked up). Nobody told me how her first day was and the staff weren't very friendly. It was a very cold environment.
