  • This company kicks a*s! Water heater in my Phx rental home spit the bit at 10:30p last night so I sent a message to Pink through Yelp at 11p based on their great reviews. Since I live in CA I was taking a leap of faith since I couldn't be onsite to oversee the job. They called me at 7a this morning, had a tech at my house by 11a, and a new water heater installed by 4p. Mike was my tech and he was fantastic...great communication, super friendly, can do attitude, and he even took care of getting a restoration company onsite today to begin mitigation of the water damage. I don't know if they were cheaper or more expensive than other companies and I don't care. As an out of state owner I needed fast, no BS, professional service to get hot water restored for my tenants. As a small business owner who sets perfection as a standard in my own company I couldn't have been more impressed with Pink and their tech Mike today...thanks!!
