I've been coming here for 2 years and this is the 2nd time in a row of complete disappointment! I had an appointment for 3pm and sat in cold water for 25 minutes while they started on 2 walk-ins before me. The lady in charge spent more time talking with a male customer (who came in after me & she got a technician assigned to him before me) than being concerned with anything else. After 30 minutes and sitting in cold water, someone finally started my pedicure, which only lasted 40 minutes when it was a Deluxe Pedicure (Mothers Day Gift).
25 minutes into my pedicure the lady in charge & the receptionists came by 8 different times (during my pedicure) to tell my technician to take another client on the other side of the room. I finally told them that "he knew but I'm a customer too and I deserve my time." Unfortunately because they kept coming by, he felt rushed which resulted in my nail design fading into the color of my polish (which I was too upset for him to fix because I was so over it by this time).
Upon leaving, when asked how my experience was, I shared "Not very good" and all I got was, "Oh I'm sorry". Then come to find out, THEY couldn't find my pre-paid Mother's Day Gift until we offered to show the receipt from our bank account and they said "oh it's ok".
I've referred several people to this salon and and let's just I say that I will not be doing that anymore!
Poor customer service and complete disappointment in the quality of service!
