  • Due to some unusual circumstances, I didn't expect to drive a new car home, just decide between the two models I was considering. Carol took the time to ask questions and actually listened to what I said. He showed me several vehicle options, and once I decided he gathered information to present me several different financing options. Long story short-I drove a new vehicle home that afternoon.
