I've been to see probably 15 movies here, and it's my preferred theater in the Pittsburgh area. Parking is free, discounts and perks as part of the Stubs program are abundant, and the rest of the Waterfront lets you turn your outing into a day-long adventure. For example, say you want to get your drink on but the 64 isn't running. Go to Rock Bottom or another nearby bar, enjoy yourself, and then go take in a 2 hour movie. Presto, you're good to drive home. There are multiple concession spots open so you don't have to run all the way back to the entrance and miss some of the movie, and restrooms are clean and plentiful. I haven't run into the problem of teenagers or "rough folk" on any of my many visits, but the place has been fairly deserted over the last year so perhaps that's why.
