  • This is the worst stay that I have ever experienced. From check in my gut told me of a bad feeling. I normally prefer IHG properties and I thought what the heck I'm a Gold member with Hilton, let's try it. We were told initially during booking that I would be upgraded to a nicer room. This never happened. I had also mentioned during booking that it was my 10 year wedding anniversary. They did nothing. Upon checking in, I noticed right away the faucet in the bathroom was disgusting, toilet seat had not been cleaned. The bed sheets looked dirty. It did not feel good to stay the night! I kept patient the first night. Today we went down for breakfast, it was chaos!! People fighting for food, no milk left or fruit. The lines were ridiculously long. It felt like a Black Friday breakfast sale!! My wife and I felt so uncomfortable trying to get food. People pushing and shoving to grab stuff before it runs out again. At this point I could not hold back. I went to someone at the front desk named Estrella I believe. She apologized but wasn't much help. I got a call from her 29 mins later stating we'll give you 5000 points back. I felt so low and embarrassed. I asked her to have a manager call me to further discuss. Of course no one ever called me. I got a call at 10:23pm tonight from someone saying there's champagne and strawberries. What the hell am I gonna do with that on my last night and I'm sleeping now. While I appreciate it but this was a lame gesture. No one has done anything to acknowledge our horrible stay. I can't wait to check out tomorrow and leave. Will never stay here again! Thanks for ruining our 10 year anniversary stay! I just checked out and asked to see the manager. They had me wait 25 mins and she never came out. Then Estrella came out again and she did nothing. To the manager Angela something.. you get the award for the worse managing the year!! You don't know the first thing about customer service. Come to the counter and show your face and at least pre Ted to care instead of acting "busy" on a phone call. i'm going to leave it here not say anything nasty!! We skipped breakfast and couldn't wait to leave!!
