  • This is my second time at The Grand and I really love it here. You're treated very well by staff, especially today the receptionist Jill was awesome! She checked us in super fast and was so helpful in telling us what's in the area and things to do in Toronto. The amenities are great too. Nice heated pool and jacuzzi, rooftop terrace and jacuzzi, and the fitness area is decent. The rooms really stand out too. There's a mini kitchen and a large fridge which is good for longer stays. I would say it's pretty luxurious especially for the price of a hotel in Toronto. I'm definitely coming back here on my next visit.
