It was fairly easy for me to get in the same day for a mani / pedi here. Except I would have passed if I had known they used "cave man" methods to remove the shellac top & colour coat from my toe nails...harshly scraping away the polish with their filing tools & acetone. I immediately wished I would have found another nail salon with a mobile nail grinder or suffered until we got to Sherwood Park. After I endured the pain of that, I was quickly rushed to pick out a colour. I told the nice lady that I would like the gel fill instead of the powder. She smiled & happily applied the powder to my nails & filed the crap out of them - slicing open the cuticle on my pinky finger. She, however, said sorry & moved me to another table (the organization & set up is quite poor & not cosmetically welcoming). After she slapped the polish on she asked if I would like a design. I declined, she said flower, I said no. So we settled on Chevron. I pulled up a picture on my phone of one I would like....maybe I should have stuck with the flower :(
I have been getting my nails done for years. It is safe to say I will never visit this salon again. Although, the coffee was really nice as well as the price. & the lady who used their place as a change & powder room while distracting the nail techs could have buggered off.
