  • If I could give Ashley's no stars I would. I ordered $1400 in living room sofas. The day before delivery I phoned Ashley's to confirm everything. On the day of delivery, the only day in the month they delivered to my area the furniture did not show up. I waited 6 weeks for delivery. I waited from 9am until 3 pm on the day of this scheduled delivery and when they were a no show I phoned their dispatch. I was informed that the driver attempted to call me and was unable to make contact so they wouldn't deliver. No one had called me. I was then told that someone had transposed numbers in my phone number and this was the confusion. If I wanted my sofas I would have to wait another month when they come out my way again. I canceled the order!
