  • I was having really bad stress headaches, You know the one caused by really tight neck muscles. So i look up hands and stone on yelp and it's down the street from my house. So I booked my massage and it was scheduled for 5pm on a weeknight. I get there at 4.45pm to fill out the nessesary documents and prepare for my massage. All were filed out by 4.55pm, then 5pm rolls around and my therapist isn't out to get me. 5.05, still not out. Im a stickler for promptness, especially when im paying for the time. So I informed the front desk about my appointment. They run back and get my therapist. By the time I got to the back it's 5.08pm. I'm told to undress and get under the sheets. The therapist disappears and doesn't reappear for 5 minutes. By the time the actual Massage started, 15 minutes have rolled by. The therapist was nice but after the massage, I had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes to check out. It seems like the front desk was overwhelmed. Overall it was not the experience that I thought it would be. It's a decent place, they have a lot of areas to improve. But it's located in a great spot and the staff are nice. I like the fact that they have a subscription service, It's a great business move. I will try it again but after some time.
