  • Service was good. 2 for 1 breakfast was appreciated. We had to call to get room cleaned. Business center computer didn't work so I was unable to print important documents. Concierge printer was not working either. Internet was very poor. Balcony was locked and not accessible. Worst of all they would not accommodate me with a 45 minute late checkout. I asked for a manager call back which I never received. I don't recommend this hotel.
