Absolutely horrible customer service. I bought fish netting to go in my bathroom, but I wasn't sure of the color since they did not have a neutral color, I chose a blue one. It ended up not being the right shade of blue. When I brought it back it to exchange it (was only $6.25 paid in cash), was told I could only get a store credit since they did not have the color I needed and they were not willing to order it. They made no exception and refused to give me my cash back. The young girl at the counter was quite rude and walked away from the counter right in the middle of filling out a store credit for me. The young man next to her took over, and as nice as he could explain to me, stated that it was the owner Amy Straub's policy and apologized. If you pay cash for something, then you should get your cash back as a refund. So this is a warning to everyone: when you come to this establishment, PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD. That way you can call your credit card company and file a complaint when Amy refuses to refund your money. Credit Card companies CAN get your money back for you. But if you pay cash and need a refund, Amy Straub WILL keep your money.
