We had a great service experience with Bee and the team. It is a testament to owning a technology focused vehicle combined with an integrated service experience. By having LTE, software updates and managing their own service center, it has enabled a modern experience (similar to how Apple transformed mobile phones) that other car manufacturers do not have. We are in the midst of a technology transformation in the car industry.
Here's the story. Our AC had failed during our drive to Vegas. Tesla pulled the logs over LTE and diagnosed the problem before we arrived to Vegas. This helped us get good situational awareness so didn't have to be anxious during our trip. We stopped by the service center and knew the Tesla would be back by the end of the day.
They provided a loaner vehicle and dropped off our Tesla at the end of the day so we didn't need to pick it up. Our vacation went well :).
