  • Had a decent experience here. We got my husband's wedding band at Henne. Our experience selecting the ring was fabulous. Their selection of men's wedding bands is extensive and their staff worked with us to select something that fit my husband's style and preference. After we had picked up his ring and he had worn it after our wedding, my husband noticed the ring kept getting caught on fabrics; there was an imperfection within the band. Upon our return from our honeymoon, we returned to Henne and they promptly got the ring repaired. They were very remorseful and gave my husband a "filler" ring to wear until his original ring was fixed. I think they handled the SNAFU well. Ideally they would have caught the imperfection before we had taken the ring home, but all in all I'm still happy with the overall experience.
