  • Place is a dump.....the staff walks around as if they are superior to you, yet they allow the property to be a sham......carpets are filthy, room service is hit or miss, the basics like the mini fridge does not even work......if the staff had cleaned the room they would have realized the fridge was WARM inside......so that just goes to show the attention to detail they do not pay.......and then the customer service is deplorable....
