  • Okay so I did not know I was suppose to preorder the egg rolls until I just read one of the top reviews. I did not have internet access in the mall nor do I have a phone so I was not aware. I ate them back at home cus my mom received them as gifts. I'm a student from buffalo and a group of friends and I decide to go to Toronto for a mini trip which is about 2hrs away. To the pacific mall for these egg roll is an extra 45min away from Chinatown Toronto. I came in joy for these egg rolls but I don't know how to read chinese nor do I know the name of this place. There were so many places selling eggs waffles, fried stuff, curry stuff, and etc. So I ask them if I can see the package. They let me see it and ask how much I want. I told them yes its this one and handed me the one they shown me. I asked for 4 and one of the younger girl went under a shelves box and took them out. While she was doing that, a lady came, friend of one of the older lady that works there and she want 10 packs. She told her why don't you tell me earlier. She turned around and told me oh you can only buy 1 pack we are sold out and those are reserved. Meanwhile a girl in the back was about to take it out of the box for me. She pushed her and told her to put it back. I told her I came a long way she's like a lot of ppl come a long way. How rude is that? Though the egg rolls do taste really good but the manner of those ladies are out of the zone. The workers ruined the brand which is my experience during this trip. I've came all the way just to get egg rolls and ended with 1 pack which I believe they didn't ask for it back since I have it in my hands already. At first I did want to try the egg waffles as well but I saw them premaking them and throwing them to a rack; one of them fell on the table and the younger one told the person making it to slow down; they were so rude I went next door instead. I don't even know if the table is clean. If u want egg roll, preorder first or if ur lucky and u didn't come across next to a old lady they know you might be able to get a pack. If u want the egg waffle u can get them at Dragon City Building which is at Chinatown (Spadina) . It is a nice alternative and a lot closer and you don't have to travel far for them with better service.
