Where do I even start?! Well let's see, after my car breaking down in a parking lot & waiting over 3 hours(THREE HOURS) with a 1 year old baby out in the Vegas summer heat for the tow truck driver to get there & refuse to tow my car "because it's a Hyundai problem" as to why it didn't start. I've owned my $40,000 car for 3 years & never once had that "Hyundai problem." So needless to say I called them & was hung up on 5x(FIVE TIMES)!!When I did get someone to talk she(Paula) said I would need to call dispatch again & wait another 3 hours for someone to come pick up my car. I asked to speak to a manager & magically they didn't have a manger in the office for another 4 days(LIES). I was transferred to April who they tried to pass off as a manager & hung up on another 2x by her. Not only was it a horrible experience waiting in the heat but why on earth would I have to wait another 3 hours again for something they should of done after waiting the first 3 hours smh
The customer service was horrible & I'm not stopping here! They have yet to even apologize for the horrible experience! I suggest all of you with bad experiences to contact the news, BBB, roadside assistance or who ever put you in contact with these crooks & turn them in!! This is NOT how a business should be ran whatsoever!!! If I could give them 0 stars, I would!!!!
