  • He did not have the control panel I needed, which didn't concern me, what did, was the fact that he said I couldn't get the one I needed. I found the one I needed on Amazon. Jason told me the key pads were $90, that lift masters were expensive, Amazon has them for half that. I don't mind doing business, However I was left with the feeling I was taken advantage of, and I still hadn't resolved my initial problem. I did end up with a new remote. Big deal!
