  • I've been threaded here several times and I feel they are quite good at what they do, however you MUST be specific on not having any extra hair removed or them threading a new brow shape. I've seen it happen in there. The 2 stars is because they open at 10am and on at least 4 different occasions when I get there at 10 to 10:20, no one is there. Calls go unanswered, despite them having 3 different phone numbers on their storefront window. Yelp & Google say they open at 10 however in reality they make up their own hours. Also, the older women who work there do not say hello or goodbye. They don't speak much at all until it's time for them to announce your total.
