  • This office is absolutely the most horrible medical provider that I have ever been to. We have had to put up with this office for two years and it has only gotten worse. They "lose" payments and unless you keep every paper receipt you are in for a billing nightmare, needless to say I fell very ripped off, especially when they are always calling billing for some unpaid charge. Mind you my credit card is always out and ready. If you have an appointment they harass you for days even after you confirm. I have literally been in the parking lot and they are calling me 15 minutes before my appointment telling me I'm late. The receptionist of the day never knows wing what is going on when questioned. They DO NOT return phone calls in a timely manner or at all. I once called three times within a five day span and never received a call back until after we were seen at the office and I complained, but this also took two weeks. If you have other options for a allergy clinic think twice before coming to this one. If you do not then I am sorry and welcome to Dante's inferno.
