  • I woke up to find that our refrigerator wasn't cooling. I called around, and Mike was the only guy who could make it out that day. While he wasn't able to fix the problem (it was a manufacture issue), he was very helpful and honest. He explained the problem, provided a few options for fixing it, and he didn't charge me either. While we ended up buying a new fridge, Mike's attentiveness and honesty were great. Hopefully we don't need a repair man in the future, but if we do, I'll call Mike.
