I went in to simply get the legs of my jeans tapered. When I got home and tried them on, I realized that they only did one leg. I went back the next day telling them that I think they made an error and forgot the other leg. The lady said that it wasn't a mistake and they only did one leg unless you tell them otherwise...
Then she said it would be $37 to do the next leg... I was charged $19 for the first one. I kindly asked why and she couldn't give me a good explanation other than the stitching was complicated.
First off, I can't imagine any logical reason someone would ask just to taper one leg off the original jeans unless they were uneven to begin with. I also said I wanted the legs of my jeans tapered... As in plural. Second, I did not understand why she wanted to charge me almost double just to correct the error in tapering the other leg. Overall bad customer service, poor communication skills, and bad experience. I recommend going somewhere else.
My review doesn't seem to be the only one noting the bad customer service, mistakes, and extremely absurd pricing. Just doing a quick scan, this seems to be a trend.
