As mentioned, beware the food bar. Get carried away and you'll wonder how in the hell you got a bunch of sides in a little box for $10. Awful greasy options and not as many lighter, less fatty ones as I'd like to see. But a nice offset area with tables and such to enjoy your pricey foodbar goods for a quick lunch.
Whole Foods is fantastic when you want a selection of less-common brands/items and better quality goods, or need to find obscurities for cooking. If I can't locate a foodstuff I need at another market, I'll check here most definitely.
