Yesterday I called to discuss my bill due to a discrepancy that has been happening since November, I ask to speak the manager, after being hung up numerous times I finally get to the manager whom calls himself John. Towards the end he says he's just a lead and I need to speak to Mike the manager and to call back today 5/15. I called as requested and ask speak to mike who isn't there, so I just speak to John since he knows what is going on, well he has no recollection of our call yesterday and says he wasn't even in yesterday at the time I called. He (I am assuming the real John) is completely rude and refuses to help me. Definitely has been a terrible experience and wouldn't recommend this location to anyone!!
