  • Ordered a lox bagel and they forgot the lox!!! Are you serious? How do you make a LOX bagel and forget the LOX? We took it home to eat and didn't realize it until after they were closed. They didn't give us a receipt so we can't even go back and ask for our money back. We also asked for a pickle twice and lo and behold... no pickle! This is the second time they forgot something. Will never go back here.
