  • Horrible! Wish we could choose another provider They are just waaaaay too expensive. $400 a month (on average) from May to October is high way robbery. Things need to change STAT. Oh, they also don't accept credit cards without charging an outrageous credit card fee. Wish SRP could be our provider. APS has an unfair monopoly. I tried voting some of the chairmen out around election time, didn't work. I hope APS customers will start fighting back. What's right is right.
