  • What an amazing shop, I just moved around the area and they were so pleasant when I called that I just had to come in. I made a last minute appointment and they were more than happy to take care of me. So I went in and had my nails done and they looked great, I mean they were consistent all the way around and the design I loved. Now for the true compliment, I went in to work and broke one of my nails 3 days before NYE I hadn't had time to go in since I have been working and looking at yelp their closing times weren't going to work with my schedule. I called during my lunch and explained what happened and the owner would not take no for an answer in me coming in after closing to get it fixed. I was so appreciative! I got there 26 minutes after they closed and they were so absolutely nice about the whole thing, the owner offered me some water which I declined because I did not want to be anymore of a nuisance but not ONCE did I feel like I had inconvenienced them in any way. Working in the retail industry I know the importance of customer service and selling a product you can stand by, this shop not only has great quality in their work but their true dedication is what really sets them apart. They have really earned a loyal customer and referrals to anybody that I know. Thank you again TLC nails!!!
