  • I would love to give this company 5 stars. The gyms are all so clean and the classes are fantastic, especially for the price you're paying. But don't move, and don't end up in a financial hardship. This has been the absolute worst experience ever. I ended up moving 8 hours away and have been trying to get my feet grounded financially ever since. My contract was not over yet and I was told that I would continue to have to pay it each month. I have explained what was going on, and at first was basically told tough cookies. Now, 6 months later, I have finally been told that I could have sent proof of my move and $50 to cancel...that would have been nice. So now I am trying to pay off my contract and they refuse to stop adding monthly payments (even though my contract has been up for 2 months) which is just adding more money that I am struggling to pay, and can't use the membership anyway since I'm around 500 miles away. So while they are nice as long as you stay local and don't have anything drastic happen, when something does go wrong you better watch out.
