  • I had just got a dog from a shelter who decided to take it upon herself to use my furniture as her toilet. And I'm not talking tiny accidents - I mean MAJOR damage to two mattresses and a love seat. After trying a few DIY tactics, I realized it was beyond hope and I needed actual help. The Carpet Monkey team is one of the nicest and most responsive crews I've ever worked with. They had to try a few different tactics on the furniture, as some stains were deeper than others. I'm pretty sure I had them on speed dial for awhile, because the stains would not seem to go away no matter what they tried. But try they did, and they consistently came over to try to rid my furniture of the stains several times until finally, they went away. Best of all, they never charged me for the additional visits, even though I insisted upon it. They even left me a bottle of enzyme cleaner in case my dog decided to relieve herself again (Spoiler alert: she did. But the cleaner worked!). I would 100 percent use these services again if given the chance. But hopefully, it won't be because of my dog :)
