This was my first experience with Sears Auto. Decided that I didn't want to spend $180 on a car battery from my dealership, didn't want to deal with the hassle of going to Walmart and ended up here after reading great reviews about Die Hard Batteries plus a 36 month warranty which was above industry standard. I walked in 5 minutes after closing and Richard Castillo, the auto center manager, was kind enough to help me out and keep the store open. I had seen a battery advertised on Sears.com for a much lower price than he quoted me to buy at the store. I was about to leave when he mentioned that they could price match for me. Not Richard's fault at all but I do find it very annoying when brick and mortar have different pricing than their online namesake does. When he quoted me a price to install as well (some competitors do it for free) I said I would just do it myself. He again was able to drop the price! They stayed late to do the install right away and I was on my way within 15 minutes. I would have given this review 5 stars if the Sears policies were completely hassle free. But Richard was very accommodating and great to work with. Thanks for all your help!
