  • I used to really like this place. Normally when nail salons try to up sell me, I say no and then move on. But my last visit, I selected the signature pedicure (or deluxe, I don't remember. The cheapest one) I had gotten a pedicure recently and didn't feel the need to spend $50..the girl tried to make me feel bad about not wanting the cakes removal/sugar scrub/wax. Then, another employee asked if I wanted to get a manicure. Which I told him no, I had just applied some nail polish stickers the night before. He asked if they were stickers, and I said yes. "Oh, yeah, I can tell.." super condescending. Customer service is HUGE especially when you are working somewhere where you want someone to tip you.
