  • I recently moved to East Las Vegas and had to say goodbye to my amazing eyebrow lady in LA. I was extremely apprehensive to try another spot but tried Sweeties based on the perfect 5 start yelp reviews. I'm sad to say my experience was not the same as everyone elses. POSITIVES: Shop is clean. I was greeted when I walked in. Didn't take long at all to be seen. Now for the issue. I haven't done my eyebrows in 3 months so I had plenty of hair to work with. I told my attendant (not sure of her name) that I just want a clean up and STRESSED I do NOT want them thin. For point of reference I am not too picky and just like a clean polished look. Not into any extreme arches or anything like that. I felt extra tugging and she was pretty rough when threading. When she finally showed me my brows, I see that exactly what I didn't want, I got. Really thin brows. Thank god for powders and dipbrow cuz these brows are noodles. Everyone is extremely nice and i really wanted to like it but I won't be coming back or recommending. Sad that I'm going to have to wait months for them to grow out again :/
