  • I had a leak in my tire and needed it looked at immediately. I yelped some places near me and called Firestone. Bill picked up the phone with such enthusiasm. I told him my tire had a leak and he said they were booked for the rest of the day, but still insisted that I come in to have it checked. If you want responsive, friendly, and good customer service - come to this Firestone!
