  • Visited on December 16th with three 8 year old girls. The staff seemed more interested in their daily gossip that customers needs, but they are young and I've been that person. It was decorated beautifully, very enchanting. It was crowded so skating was going at the crowds pace or you could bob n weave through the gaps. Although it was busy, the crowd was super happy and in the holiday spirit. The girls felt ok with their small ability to skate, as their were many others just learning. It was a mini winter wonderland in downtown Phoenix. Brought my own skates, so can't comment on rentals. I would do it again.
