  • Worst place ever! Made appointment, told them I had a groupon which gave a 12.00 discount. The lady at the desk argued with me that I didn't tell the person who made the appointment that I had one. BIG LIE. She didn't want to honor it. Don't try to sell on groupon if you wont accept them. She argued, was rude, and then her groomer came out of the back and said, "that's what you get for being cheep". I happen to be a crazy good tipper as I was in a tipping business myself. I told them to go "F" themselves and I would never go there even if it was free!!!! So disrespectful. The place was dirty. There were dogs and pee all over the place. Way to build a business!!! Try LuLus pet spa, they are amazing and super clean!!!!
